Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse or search our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by card using Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro and Solo. Please note we cannot accept American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, conventional mail or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order for you to receive next working day for addresses in the UK (please allow, however, two working days for the order to arrive). For orders going to the Republic of Ireland please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery. Notification should be made to us of damage to goods in transit within 1 day after delivery.
Notification should be made to us of non-delivery within 14 days after the date of dispatch of the goods, otherwise claim for loss cannot be entertained.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We reserve the right to impose an administration charge of up to 20% on cancelled back orders that have already come in to stock.
Tax Charges All prices are shown including VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You can order via our website with complete confidence!

Returns Policy All returns can be arranged with Customer Services via e-mail prior to sending.
We accept the return of non-defective items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. A handling charge (of up to 25%) may be imposed at our discretion on the return of non-defective items.
Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. Where applicable, returned items will be examined and tested. If no fault can be found, the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense (typically £10 + VAT for courier delivery). Therefore, please read all instructions CAREFULLY and double check with us before returning the item if necessary.
To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
To cancel this contract, please enclose an explanatory note, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
